The annual Trainer & RBPD Symposium is a retreat-style gathering of trainers and RBPD specialists from throughout Minnesota.

Request for Proposals

The Request for Proposals (RFP) for the 2023 Symposium is now open for submissions! Are you willing to share your expertise and experience?

To spark your creativity, here are topics of interest shared by our survey respondents: 

  • Diversity, equity and inclusion (for both coaches and trainers) 
  • Recommended practices for online and live training 
  • Accessibility considerations for trainers
  • Supporting professional adult relationships for coaches
  • CLASS® coaching
  • Handling ethical dilemmas in coaching

Do you have another idea for a session? Describe it in your RFP submission! We are also looking for sessions presented in languages other than English. Sessions are two hours long and presenters are compensated $200 per session.
