Learn about instructional design in this online course. Trainers in the early education field are expected to understand concepts of instructional design as outlined in the Trainer Knowledge and Competency Framework. This course reviews the overall concept of instructional design, reviews the expectations of trainers according to the Knowledge and Competency Framework and gives participants a chance to practice applying their knowledge. This course introduces considerations for instructional design for online and in person settings.
