Six Principles of Quality Coaching

Engage in this four-hour self-paced online course designed for Parent Aware Quality Coaches. The course provides an overview of the Six Principles of Quality Coaching and allows participants the opportunity to dive into, reflect on, and identify each principle (using video examples). The course provides Parent Aware Quality Coaches an overview of the principles identified by the Minnesota Department of Human Services and used by observers to assess the quality of the coaching relationship in Parent Aware.

This training offers four clock hours.

Prerequisite

Must be a Parent Aware Quality Coach or supervise a Parent Aware Quality Coach

  • Parent Aware Quality Coaches and their supervisors
