Cost: $100 for those who live or work in Minnesota | $200 for those who live and work in other states
Who should sign up: people who want to train in Minnesota, and who have a career lattice step of 6 or higher
Prerequisites: none

Implement adult learning strategies and explore ways to become an effective trainer. Participants in this course review training techniques to create a professional learning environment that promotes learning during training events. This course is required for the Develop Trainer Membership.
