This course provides an overview of the Six Principles of Quality Coaching developed by the Minnesota Department of Human Services. These principles are used by observers to assess the quality of the coaching relationship in Parent Aware. In this course, you’ll learn, identify, and reflect on each of the Six Principles of Quality Coaching using video examples. This course is only for Parent Aware coaches and their supervisors.
