Title: Reframing Challenging Behavior: Coaching Educators to Respond with Intention and Impact
Description: Designed for coaches and early childhood leaders, this interactive 90-minute virtual session explores evidence-based coaching strategies that help educators shift from reactive responses to responsive, relationship-based practices. Participants will examine how stress, emotions, and implicit beliefs influence adult responses and learn reflective coaching techniques that promote curiosity, empathy, and continuous improvement. Attendees will leave with practical coaching questions, conversation tools and action-planning strategies that can be immediatly applied to support educator growth and improve outcomes for young children.

Title: The Humans Who Hold the Room: Reclaiming Joy, Regulation and Resilience in Early Childhood Education
Description: Reconnect with your purpose, values joy and sense of agency in this session designed to help early childhood coaches become anchors for resilience, decision-making and well-being, personally and professionally. By exploring the connection between values, wellbeing and resilience, participants will identify what is contributing to burnout or depletion and name what they want to carry forward, and what they are ready to release.

Cost: $50 or FREE for coaches in the Mixed Delivery System in Minnesota
A day-long professional development event for professionals working in Minnesota’s Mixed Delivery System, focused on CLASS®. Explore how we can turn data into dialogue and observations into outcomes in this daylong deep dive into learning about the CLASS tool and how it can guide interactions that matter most for our children.
Conference registration is free for coaches, consultants, advisors and mentors working in Mixed Delivery settings in Minnesota, including center-based child care, Head Start, special education, schools, family child care, and community-based organizations. If this describes your role, please choose the "Free - Mixed Delivery Coaching System" registration option. Otherwise, please choose the "General Registration" option.
