Margarita Milenova, PhD, is the Classroom Scoring Assessment System (CLASS®) and Early Childhood Environmental Rating Scales-3 (ECERS-3) anchor at CEED. In this role, Milenova provides support to the team of observers around implementing the observational instruments with high fidelity. In addition, Milenova trains observers to use various assessment tools, including the CLASS®, Desired Results Developmental Profile 2015 (DRDP 2015), COR Advantage, and more.
