Melissa Donovan has dedicated nearly 20 years to the early childhood field, serving in a variety of roles that support educators, trainers, and program leaders. In her current role, she oversees the comprehensive professional development offerings of the TARSS program, which include online and in-person courses, specialized training, and impactful events such as the RBPD Fall Retreat and the Trainer and RBPD Specialist Symposium. Through her work, she is committed to fostering high-quality learning experiences that empower early childhood professionals.
