Mary “Miss Mary” Smith is a wellness and family empowerment coach, early childhood trainer, entrepreneur, and community advocate with over 30 years of experience supporting children, families, and child care providers.
Mary “Miss Mary” Smith is a wellness and family empowerment coach, early childhood trainer, and community advocate with over 30 years of experience supporting children, families, and child care providers. She is the founder of Real Results by Miss Mary LLC, a certified small and Black-owned business based in Plymouth, Minnesota.
Miss Mary is a SilverSneakers instructor (yoga, dance, stress management), STRONG by Zumba® instructor, and certified health and wellness coach. She is also an Expert Trainer for Develop, delivering Minnesota DHS-required trainings for child care providers across culturally and socioeconomically diverse communities.
A lifelong learner, she earned her BS in early childhood leadership summa cum laude, and is currently pursuing her MEd in parent and family education at the University of Minnesota.
