Sara has worked in the field of early childhood for more than 25 years. She has been a trainer, consultant, co-chair for a state education conference, preschool teacher and director as well as university adjunct faculty member. Sara is passionate about helping others in the field of early childhood feel equipped and empowered to care for others and to support those who are trainers to continue to reach their fullest potential. Sara's educational background includes both an undergraduate and graduate degree in early childhood as well as ongoing training in leadership pipeline and development.
