Back by popular demand, a NEW Book Study!

It's Book Study time! Back by popular demand, we will host another book study this fall. The book: Better Conversations: Coaching Ourselves and Each Other to Be More Credible, Caring, and Connected by Jim Knight. This book was selected because of its focus on approaching each interaction with intention. Jim Knight is the founder of the Instructional Coaching Group and is a research associate at the University of Kansas Center for Research on Learning. Better Conversations is helpful for leaders, coaches, and trainers because it provides practical exercises and examples for becoming a more effective communicator.

We will meet eight times beginning on September 9 and finishing up on December 16. The book and reflection guide will be mailed to participants. Since this is a free professional development opportunity and spots are limited, we ask that you commit to attending all eight sessions. If you know there is more than one session that does not work in your schedule, we kindly ask you to leave the spot for someone else.
