TARSS Training of Trainers instructor opportunity

TARSS is seeking qualified individuals to join the TARSS Training of Trainers (TOT) instructor pool. With an anticipated increase in TOT events, we are looking for instructors who demonstrate strong professionalism, including being observant, reflective, and inclusive.

Back by popular demand, a NEW Book Study!

The TARSS program will host another Book Study this fall. We will read Better Conversations: Coaching Ourselves and Each Other to Be More Credible, Caring, and Connected by Jim Knight. We'll meet for eight sessions starting September 9. Find out more and apply!

TARSS launches RBPD Coordinating Meeting

The TARSS program introduced a new opportunity for organizations working in the relationship-based professional development (RBPD) field to share news and ideas: the RBPD Coordinating Meeting, which will take place quarterly on Zoom.

What can trainers expect from an observation?

TARSS offers trainers access to observation and personalized coaching. Participants get strengths-based, helpful feedback, which will support them in honing their training skills and growing as professionals. But just what does the process entail?
