We invite course writers to join us for an in-person event focused on designing and writing courses.

Become authorized to deliver the Relationship-Based Care for Infants and Toddlers in Child Care Series of courses.

Participants will become well equipped to deliver pre-designed curricula. This course discusses trainer competencies, adult learning basics, and facilitation skills.

Participants learn how to describe activities involved in each of the five steps of the course writing process.

Participants learn how the basic elements of adult learning theory impact course design, how to draft measurable learning objectives for adults, and how to identify a variety of strategies and techniques that support adult learning acquisition, retention, and application.

In this course participants will be introduced to the principles associated with designing content-based training.
