Who should sign up: coaches, supervisors, coordinators, trainers, consultants, and others who work with early childhood professionals
Prerequisites: You must have completed CLASS Observer Reliability and passed the Teachstone reliability test.
This course was previously titled CLASS and Coaching: Putting CLASS into Practice (PCIP).
Prepare to work with early childhood professionals on CLASS concepts and practices.
- Translate CLASS terminology into simpler language
- Deepen your understanding of CLASS instructional support dimensions
- Explore a strengths-based coaching model of observation, feedback, and goal-setting
- Practice strengths-based strategies using video, reflection, and feedback
