The COR Advantage assessment provides opportunities for early childhood educators to assess children across all areas of development and use data for planning purposes, reporting, and communicating with families. COR Advantage is a Parent Aware-recognized child assessment tool used with children from birth to kindergarten.
The tool covers all areas of development, including language, cognitive, motor, and social and emotional development. COR Advantage is an all-inclusive authentic assessment.
What to expect
This training is 6 clock hours over two sessions. You must attend both sessions.
The training focuses on understanding and using COR Advantage to assess development of children birth through kindergarten entry. Group activities provide opportunities for participants to learn about the purpose of the instrument and how to use it in their practice.
